I have accidentally put the wrong details on my order, am I able to change it?

Due to our fast processing times we are unable to change details of your order (size, item etc.). If you have provided an incorrect shipping address please contact us via phone on (02) 4268 5803 as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. If an incorrect address was provided, TAW cannot be held liable for delays or lost items.

Can I have my order sent to my work?

Of course! Please make sure that you include all the business details in your shipping address including the company name, level, unit number etc. so the post service will have the best chance of being able to deliver your parcel quickly!

My tracking says my order is delivered, but I don't have it. What do I do?

If you have selected Free Shipping - NO Signature Required,  you have provided authority for the driver to leave your parcel unattended at the shipping address entered on your order. The parcel will normally be left at your front door or mailbox, but can sometimes be hidden out of sight behind pot plants or in a car port. For secure apartment blocks the parcel may also be left with a front desk or in a general parcel delivery area if the driver cannot access your front door. Please ensure you have checked all around your address to make sure you haven't missed your order and if you require further information please contact us via email info@thirroulactivewear.com.au 

We cannot take responsibility for no-signature deliveries once left at your address, so we recommend selecting signature delivery if you feel your address is unsafe to have a parcel left.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not at this stage. But stay tuned.
